age 30 and were previously found delinquent in juvenile court
for one of the above crimes.
- You are under
21 years of age (including handgun ammunition).
- You are engaged
in distributing or possessing for distribution a controlled dangerous
substance.
- You are a
habitual user of a controlled dangerous substance or a habitual
drunkard.
- You are subject
of a domestic ex-parte order.
- You have
previously been involuntarily committed to a mental institution.
IT IS
ALWAYS A CRIME TO CARRY A HANDGUN ON YOUR PERSON OR IN A VEHICLE
WITHOUT A PERMIT.
POSSESSION
ALONE CAN BE A GUN CRIME.
YOU
DON'T HAVE TO USE A GUN TO COMMIT A CRIME. |
